Fix and Rent loans provide the opportunity to purchase a property, make improvements, and then hold it as an investment. This loan program enables investors to get the money they need for renovation costs as well as to finalize their purchase.
Fix and Rent Program Terms:
- LTV:Up to 60% of ARV or 70% of purchase price whichever is lower
- Rate:Starting at 9.375%
- Points:2 points
- Term:2-5 year term (with extension options available)
- Property Types:Residential, Multi Unit, and Commercial
- Additional Fees:2 point prepay penalty; other terms may apply
- CREDIT SCORE:Not necessary; other terms may apply
